Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Nose: The nose is very attractive and perfumed with rhubarb, tart red cherries, baking spices, violets, and creamed strawberries. There is a tartness to the tones along with a warmth at the same time.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium acidity and silky tannins. The acidity has some real zip to it with tart red cherries, raspberries, rhubarb, and violets. The feel is polished yet youthful at the same time.

Overall: This is a fun and youthful Rhys. It certainly feels like it can get better and is worth holding back for another 2-3 years.
