Sunday, January 25, 2015 - With Pasticcio and salad.
Medium ruby.
Lovely nose - raspberry/cherry with a touch of earthiness, maybe a touch of spice.
Mid-weight, earthy but still good fruit (not sure if there is such a thing as "earthy fruit"), maybe a touch of mushroom. Very good balance, and good length. This has developed nicely since we last tasted a year ago.
An excellent wine.
