Saturday, April 12, 2014 - Nose: Well balanced with rhubarb, baking spices, dark red fruits, raspberries, strawberries, and a touch of purple florals. There is excellent depth and balance to this right now and the nose is coming together very well.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium acidity and silky tannins. There is a fatness and round quality to the feel with raspberries, strawberries, baking spices, purple florals, and some hints of earth tones.

Overall: This is really rounding into form. While a few more years of development, one wouldn't be faulted for opening a bottle right now.
