Sunday, February 9, 2014 - Cranberry rhubarb and some vanilla and spice on the nose - quite inside the Rhy's profile. A little green and stemmy, that lends me to believe it needs more than the 1 hour decant I gave it, or also just more time in the cellar. Nice acidic tartness on the palate. Good food wine.
