Saturday, August 31, 2013 - PnP. Garnet with slight violet/brown tinge. Red (cranberry-led) fruit with floral, spice and earth on nose. Almost precise fruit on palate with very good penetration, some tension and mineral. A little 'hollow' on midpalate, so lacks a bit of textural complexity. But this wine gives real pleasure on several levels. Nice with food ('Spanish' beans with morcilla, butafarra).
