Saturday, March 23, 2013 - Tasted non blind at a dinner. Opened and slow-oxed around 12 hours before tasting. Only had around 1.5 oz so wasn't able to follow in the glass for very long. The aromas of mostly cherries and floral jumped out of the glass. The was also a hint of barnyard. Similar red fruit palate, some earth and stones also. Medium-long length finish. Nice acidity and very food friendly in a low ABV package. Seems to have plenty of life left but is accessible now with plenty of air.
