Thursday, January 24, 2013 - Spring field, clovers, dandelion, wild flowers blosssoming, like a mild sunny green valley. Some green and tart. A wild feeling similar to some Northern Rhone. Quite different from previous experiences with Rhys ( 2009 Family farm and 2006 Alpine), which probably were not as ready as this one. It is very refreshing as well ! Delicious.
