Tuesday, September 25, 2012 - Opened and poured, this wine gave an excellent showing with aromatics of dark fruits, spice, stem and stone notes. The color is a medium to dark ruby. The medium bodied palate shows sufficient structure to balance the youthful fruit. Based on this showing, the wine will most likely benefit from an additional year or two of bottle age.
