Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Wow. Has really mellowed out in the last 2.5 years since my last bottle. Huge nose of earth and black cherry. Still a lot of menthol, tobbaco on the palette. But alla bit more balanced now. Surprisingly good acidity. Went really well with duck cassoulet. Big finish. Lots of earth and dark cherry on the finish. Should last for a while, but don’t hesitate to drink now.
