Saturday, August 14, 2021 - Decanted just before drinking but took toward the end of the first glass to open up. Ripe strawberry jam over darker fruit, violets, dried oregano, and earth. Grainy high - tannins, high alcohol, med+ acidity. Drinking well now. Big but elegant with med+ complexity and a longish finish.
