Saturday, April 29, 2023 - Caberent Based Lunch (Schur House - Riverwoods IL): Small glass tasted blind. Clearly New World, but in the elegant style from a few decades back that is tough to find any more. Good weight and length, this is wonderfully balanced and textured with enough acidity to keep it fresh.
