Saturday, October 22, 2022 - Really impressive aged cab - pronounced eucalyptus and menthol notes (in the best of ways) - not over the hill by any means, but best to drink now. A quick 30 - 60 min decant to remove sediment suffixed. Didn’t need a lot of opening up.
