Thursday, May 30, 2019 - Fading a little since my last bottle a year ago. Fruit on the nose. The palate is dark cherry, rhubarb and spice. The finish was of moderate length and a smooth but according to my notes not as vibrant as a year ago. From a 375 served with oven roasted salmon.
