Saturday, July 31, 2021 - Pale yellow green, very clear and fine. Crisp white flavours and dry peaches and white nectarines. Light, bright and clear. Starts with a little dryness, citrus and stone fruit in first tasting, lemon zest and fine acidity. Refined and pure, and some grippiness comes through too. Enjoyable.
