Wednesday, July 13, 2022 - Consumed over a few days, via coravin. Dark red fruit, blueberry jam, pomegranate, blood orange, cracked black pepper, new leather. Pronounced acidity and spices, somewhat tangy, but at the same time supple. Long finish. This is drinking well now but I can imagine that it has many years of life ahead of it.
