Wednesday, July 6, 2022 - PnP, 15 min slow ox in glass. Aromas of honeysuckle, spices and a bit of sweet oak. Nice, rich, medium-bodied well integrated on the palate with toasty oak and ripe golden apples. Well balanced and at perfect maturity!
