Saturday, April 30, 2022 - Very bright golden yellow colour. Aroma of river rocks, straw, preserved lemon. Lemon, talc, green apple, mandarin. Medium acidity, still fresh citrus based. Clearly starting to reduce the acidity some hints of sweetness creeping in. It will be a pleasant journey over the next few years.
