Tuesday, March 8, 2022 - Comparing this with 2018 Mount Mary Triolet, personally find Triolet with 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon and 8% Muscadelle better than 100% Chardonnay. This is using the Burgundy style of wine making? Which I thought i would rather pay a little more for French wine. On the nose and palate, still youthful and alot of lime, lemon notes. Can feel that acidity is on the higher side and will pair well with seafood.
