Friday, January 14, 2022 - Vinturi aerated with a 2 hour decant. Cassis dominates the nose with hints of forest floor and apricot honey. Very elegant mouthfeel, smooth. Layers of dark berry fruit with some flinty notes. Medium long blackberry finish. Just outstanding and my best bottle yet.
