Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Decanted an hour, and this was singing. Pure cranberry/raspberry fruit, and just enough earthiness. Not super complex but utterly delicious and balanced and a splendid pairing with a “Thanksgiving” spread on Christmas dinner.
