Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Solid Chenin. To me it has a little bit of a grassy note and a slight phenolic character, which I normally associate with Chard. That note is what obscures the fine aromatics slightly. Maybe a bit of age will take care of that, so hang on to it for a little bit?
