Saturday, September 25, 2021 - Most of the minerality has gone from the nose and the palate. Colour greenish-yellow. The wine is denser now, with melon tones and a rich mouthfeel.
It's a joy to see the evolution of this wine over the years, and a great pleasure to drink it now.
Still has years ahead of it.
