Tuesday, September 14, 2021 - Soft cork, but kept the seal. At first, it had a black licorice twist to the finish but, over time, developed into a distinct Cassis flavor with a smooth (not soft) finish. Subdued nose. By itself, at opening, it seemed a little over the hill, but it was a delicious pairing with London Broil. Very nice!
