Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Darker savory qualities. Rustic showing a fair amount of reductive elements from a bit of age.
Dark raspberries, brown sugar, baking spices and roasted meat.
Finish is medium bodied and shows nice acid. Good example of Washington Syrah with both fruit and funk.
