Wednesday, April 21, 2021 - Short decant, showing pretty earthy red fruited nose with just a hint of cherry cola. Same on the palate, mid- length. Generous slightly silky palate, not much structure at this time so probably not with a long life in front of it. A fine Pinot, not cut from the sweeter more candied cloth of the RRV, but lacking complexity. I wonder if it will evolve much tonight.
