Friday, March 26, 2021 - 3 hours decanted. Light bricking at the edge. Otherwise blood red to the core.
Hedonistic nose of red cherries, blackberry, blueberry and a mix of cinnamon and other baking spices.
Well integrated on the palate, full body, medium acid, medium tannin. This baby has time but it’s outrageously good right now. Enjoy over the next 10+ years.
