Friday, February 26, 2021 - Deep ruby color. Not giving up much on the nose, a little vanilla. Bracing acidity with drying finish, but somehow feels a touch out of balance. Past it’s prime? Did I let it sit in the glass for too long before tasting? Withholding the usual Failla red fruit pleasures. Based on the other notes I feel I’m missing out on something.
