Sunday, January 3, 2021 - So, we didn’t wait much longer! We decided to drink this at out NYE dinner, which for anyone mad enough to follow my reviews will know is our biggest wine night of the year. The wine was accompanied by Carabineros a la plancha, which was perhaps not the perfect mix. This bottle was a bit less of everything brilliant in the previous bottle, but still worth the score. A lovely start to our Australian wine night with Spanish food.
