Sunday, December 6, 2020 - This could use another couple of years in the cellar, IMO; or at least a longer decant than the half hour I gave it, though I’m not a big fan of multi-hour decants. Nose and palate seem tightly coiled today, but raw materials seem promising. I bought a lot of this EP, including some in 375 (this bottle was 750). So I’m thinking I’ll pop a 375 in early 2022 to check in.
