Saturday, June 27, 2020 - Bordeaux Night. Left Bank Paullic vs right bank Pomerol.
Bold year. The wine still young and potential for years to come. Decant for 2 hours. Dark fruit, jammy, cassis and fig with slight hint of herb. Oaky and cedar with a velvety texture. Medium acidity and tannins with a long finish. Well structured and favorite among friends over pomerol.
