Monday, March 16, 2020 - Drank over a 24 hour period. Very tight nose of fresh raspberries and new plum skin, initial tasting very acidic raspberries and fresh cut flowers. Fruit is in the back ground, and is secondary. The second day it show’s its integration with the acid with young plums and long finish-hold for another 1 to two years.
