Saturday, November 30, 2019 - Decanted for 3 hours and drank over 2 days. Fruit was nice out of the bottle and then it closed up some with air. A bit disappointing on day 1 - put it back in the bottle to save for next day since it wasn't really singing and moved onto a gorgeous Nine Suns. Second day was much better but still was lacking fruit and had a bit of a sour tannic note. The complexity and dark character stepped forward which made it interesting but not delicious. Kinda Darth Vader like! Actually cheated on the last glass by mixing in a touch of a Pride Vitner Select Cab which added enough fruit to really round it out! Score reflects 2nd day.
