Saturday, August 24, 2019 - The 2007 Cabernet Franc is in a very nice place right now. Still quite deep in color, this is an elegant wine with lots of dark fruits in the nose and flavor. Black raspberries, blackberries, black cherries, licorice, leather, minerals, and hints of floral in the nose. Blackberries, licorice, and chocolate in the flavor. Full bodied, well balanced, and a long smooth finish. 94/95
