Saturday, June 22, 2019 - One word to describe a wine? This would be 'precise'. It is exact. There are no jagged edges here, no chips or cracks. It is crystalline shiraz and it works so well. It has a steel backbone that forgoes any warmth and cuddliness for purety and drive and wins against them all.

6/22/2019 3:31:00 PM - Sounds great! I’ve been buying from the mailing list since 2014 but have one bottle of this (bought from auction). Any recommendations about when to drink to get the most out of it?
