Saturday, January 12, 2019 - [2 day old bottle] Faded but still generous aromas of red cherry, black pepper, dried flowers. Sweet core of penetrating fruit on the palate, clear acid lattice at the back supporting a long fruit-driven finish. Really a lovely concluding wine for the evening with comte and roquefort. 50 + 17 + 16 + 8 = 91.
