Monday, December 31, 2018 - Another go around... this bottle the barnyard refused to blow off. Ok by me... red fruit beautifully integrated with earthiness and a strong bacony, lamby, meaty character mixed with the aforementioned barn and finishing with decent lift from medium acidity.
