Fugu Me Likes this wine:

Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - Poured to a decanter and allowed to breathe for an hour before serving. Floral nose, still showing fruit with just the start of tertiary elements. Fine tannins still evident but receding. Shows plenty of life for more development. Tasty with prime rib, but completely overshadowed by the Ridge Monte Bello it was served next to.
