Monday, July 2, 2018 - Vinturi aerated into decanter and rested for one hour.
Very dark red, long slow legs,13.5% alc. Aromas or cassis, baking spice, forest floor floor and some heat. Smooth, velvety mouthfeel with cassis and graphite notes. Slightly drying but seems reasonably integrated at this point. The short finish was unexpected.
