Tuesday, April 15, 2008 - Seriously good SB. Varietally correct but not over the top on the aroma. Great acidity and grapefruit, granny smith apple and other white fruit. Extremely pleasant to drink on its own, and great with a tomato salad. Held up beautifully in the fridge over two days...uncorked
