Monday, April 24, 2017 - Almost four years since my previous bottle. Cloudy, same as it ever was. Took an hour to begin showing its best. A mostly savoury thing. Sous bois, bit of leather, sweet spice, fruit peeps through on the finish. Tannin emerges more with air. Plenty of sediment in this bottle. I preferred the bottles I drank years ago but there's still joy to be had now.
