Saturday, March 25, 2017 - Exceptionally smooth throughout. Clear caramel color, softly aged and pleasant aroma. Much like bottle #2, Soft and silky texture.
Overall a pleasantly satisfying wine, which rarely disappoints.
Shared at a friends house for dinner party of 4 (bottle #1).
Bottle #2 was a 1998 BV Clone 4.
Menu included spinach salad, grilled Tri-tip roast, and twice baked potato half.
Wine cork was clean, no sediment, no strainer needed.
