Saturday, April 30, 2016 - This pale yellow wine is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Sémillon and 3% Sauvignon Vert. Flaunting aromas of orange zest, melon, jasmine and Asian spices, it is light-bodied, fresh and seamlessly alcoholic (14.7%). The flavors mirror the nose and build on the mid-palate. Long and crisp on the back end, this lithe white wine should be at its best over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2019.
