Wednesday, December 14, 2016 - Nothing jumps out on the nose, though there are hints of red fruit and oak. Palate is light-to-medium-bodied: initially firm, then melts in the mouth. The acidity is punchy, but not too sharp. Shows perfumed red fruit flavours: pomegranate, rose, saffron, and strawberry, with hints of paprika and cardamom.
