Tuesday, August 16, 2016 - Serious herbaceousness on the nose, plus some asparagus and (ugh) gasoline. I thought it was going to be too much and that I'd not like it. However, this wine balances out much better on the palette. I tasted mild grapefruit, cantaloupe, agave nectar and kaffir lime. The finish is deliciously long, smooth and satisfying.
