Saturday, November 17, 2007 - Typical SB nose. Full aromas of citrus zest with grassy notes. Round and full bodied on the palate with a strong grapefruit running down the center of the palate. Acidic edge provides a counterpoint to the big fruits. Medium-length finish has fruit and a lychee spice note.
