Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Welcoming nose of red fruit, moist earth, soy, blood orange, and baking spice. Balanced palate of dark cherry, wild strawberry, minerals, orange, forest floor, cured meat, and Hoison sauce. Didn't budge the 1.5 hrs it took to finish. Seemless with roasted quail.
