Thursday, September 13, 2007 - Nose - crisp green apple, a swath of tropical, but that's not the focus...this is focused sauv blanc..

Palate - Crisp, but long, green apple, tart fruit, great structure, long, long finish. Delicious. Should have found this earlier in the summer!
