Monday, September 8, 2014 - So much different that my first bottle. Uncorked at 7am and consumed at 8pm. The air did this wonders. Medium dark in color, it came across as somewhat feminine, with a silky mouthfeel and soft tannins. The mid-palate was a touch lacking, but that might be nitpicking.
