Saturday, August 2, 2014 - From memory from opening(a touch too cold) on a wet & wintry July night somewhere amongst the hills of the Otways.

As we sat in front of the open fire, the wine shows great intensity as it comes up to temperature. Lean and elegant to begin, it really starts to show its richness as she warms. Plenty of length and complexity. The wine seems to have increased in weight, becoming almost full body. So much going on my perception keeps on changing as I drink.

Good heady stuff. Look forward to the next bottle as I still have a few unanswered questions...
