Saturday, May 10, 2014 - Very strange. Decanted for an hour. Heavy acetone nose and a hint of being maderized. It dissipated a little of the next couple hours but was very distracting. Still fruit up front, decent mid-palate and a long finish. End note was slightly bitter.
On second day the acetone and maderization was completely gone and this tasted more like a right bank Bordeaux.
